Returns & Refunds policy

At ConsoleMedic, customer satisfaction is important to us. We stand by the quality of our repairs and services, and we're here to help if something doesn't meet your expectations due to a defect.

Returns

We accept returns only for defective products or services. If you receive a repaired item that is not functioning properly due to an issue on our end, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of repair or service (receipt/invoice) is required.

  • You must notify us of the defect and provide photos or a description of the issue.

Once we inspect and confirm the defect, we will:

  • Offer a re-repair free of charge, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method, based on your preference.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. Please ensure your console or controller issue is accurately described before booking a service.
